  • Can I return my order?

    You are entitled to a refund or exchange if the products you have purchased have a manufacturing fault. Please take a photo of your product and contact us immediately, hello@essenceandsoul.com.au
    Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for a change of mind. No refund or exchange on customised/personalised orders, earrings, soaps or bath and body products.

  • When will my order arrive?

    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You should receive your order within 8-10 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, (especially in the lead up to the holiday periods), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
